Yes Pocket, Reindeer Really Know How to Fly

As you know, Scout and Remy's younger sister, Pocket, is still a pup and acts with requisite joy and abandon. She still eagerly awaits the arrival of St. Nick and has a puppy-crush on Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

The day before Christmas, I learned that during a recent pre-holiday training seminar, Pocket was not only honing her search dog skills, but was also engaged in stealth reindeer workouts. Unbeknownst to me or her sisters (or so they say), Pocket's holiday wish is to pull Santa's sleigh.

These new covert pics show Pocket practicing her take-off move - speed, strength and technique.

I learned of Pocket's dream just in the nick of time! I explained to her that she wouldn't be able to fly Santa's sleigh until her nose turns red and glows, which typically doesn't happen until a pup turns two. Dream, Pocket, dream!
