Scout and Remy's younger sister, Pocket, is still a pup and acts with requisite joy and abandon. She still eagerly awaits the arrival of St. Nick and has a puppy-crush on Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
The day before Christmas, I learned that during a recent pre-holiday training seminar, Pocket was not only honing her search dog skills, but was also engaged in stealth reindeer workouts. Unbeknownst to me or her sisters (or so they say), Pocket's holiday wish was to pull Santa's sleigh. These covert pics I received show Pocket practicing her take-off move - speed, strength and technique!
I learned of Pocket's dream just in the nick of time! I explained to her that she wouldn't be able to fly Santa's sleigh until her nose turns red and glows, which typically doesn't happen until a pup turns two. Pocket is already dreaming about next year.
Like Pocket, may your dreams come true, bringing you happiness and hope.
